China Clay

Calcined China Clay is widely utilized in cosmetics, medical, agricultural, and paper &pulp industries. It is a white colored powder having silicone, aluminum, and oxygen. This is a water soluble powder that can be sprayed over crops to deter damage caused by insects. Also known as Kaolinite, it is known to have low shrink-swell ability. Calcined China Clay also finds application in ceramics and porcelain products to impart white surface finish. It improves mechanical strength and abrasion resistance of rubber. China clay also has ability to remove impurities from skin with low contraction and expansion ability when dry.

Calcium Phosphate is a chemical compound having inorganic phosphate ions and Ca++. It finds application in pharmaceutical, chemical, construction, and food processing industries. This compound is used in baked goods and condiment in order to prevent caking. Washed China Clay is produced by a serried of steps including de-gritting, solid-liquid separation, filtering, and drying. Before processing, it is mixed in water to create pure white slurry. This clay is extensively utilized in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, ceramic, paint, and rubber industries. It can also serve as filler in paper making industry and for electrophoresis coating purposes. China clay is inert to various acids & alkalis and shows great anticorrosive properties. Also known as kaolin, Washed China Clay has neutral pH, easy dispersibility, improved rheology, low hardness to prevent machine wear, and increased brightness.
